Ed's North of the Border Museum of the North Country We invite you to a museum that will appeal to all walks of life. An eclectic collection of not just motorcycles. We have put together a combination of anything that is related to the North Country or at least the surrounding area.
You can get a glimpse of our rich Heritage from Indian arrowheads, War of 1812 items from Sackets Harbor, local Hockey lore, weights and measures, mining and blasting apparatus, interesting collectibles, knives, tins and a plethora of old and unusual toys.
Of course we have a large display of what made Watertown great. Did you know the Davis Sewing Machine Company started in Watertown? View fabulous images of the city during the peak of the industrial revolution, when the streets were alive with bustling crowds and trolley cars. Countless inventions that we take for granted had their roots in Watertown.
And what about our rich history of great bands and musicians? Come and find out who's who in the music industry.
Ed's North of the Border Museum of the North Country, its not just about motorcycles, but there are many fine examples of vintage bikes that are still being ridden today.
It is a great place to bring the entire family or great destination for a group outing. Private tours are available.
Ed's hours are during regular store hours. There is a $5.00/person admission fee; with all proceeds benefiting Hospice of Jefferson County.
